Mike’s program is the perfect fit for a working professional. I was able to balance 3-4 workouts per week, a full time job (including travel for work), a social life, and personal travel over the 12 weeks, and Mike’s coaching was a major reason why. I lost 10lbs, put on muscle, and reestablished a routine for myself in the weight room.
